Dean M. McBride

Dean McBride is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in law enforcement and business management. Currently serving as a Security Professional at F&E Trading since June 2019 and as CEO of DeMar Solutions LLC, dba Xxtreme Simulations since June 2016, McBride specializes in mobile interactive training for law enforcement and corporate events. Prior experience includes serving as a Police Lieutenant at Pohatcong Township Police Department from February 1990 to August 2015, where McBride played a crucial role in various operational and administrative functions, including founding the Warren County Junior Police Academy and supervising patrol operations. Additionally, McBride held the position of Board President for the Pohatcong Board of Education from January 1997 to December 2013, contributing to significant projects such as new school construction and solar field development.
