Aj Koontz

AJ Koontz has a diverse work experience in the fields of iBuyer, real estate investing, and technology. AJ is the Co-Founder of iBuyer.com, where they have 15 years of experience as an iBuyer for off-market real estate and tax lien investing. AJ has also founded Broadband National, the first aggregated broadband platform for comparison shopping across the United States. In addition, they were the Co-Founder of Lumentum LLC, a company that focuses on tax certificate brokerage and distressed real estate acquisition and disposition. AJ has worked with 60 institutional counter parties in matching buyers and sellers. AJ is also the Co-Founder of Charles Brooks Holding Company, a boutique investment manager utilizing proprietary technology to buy and sell real estate over the internet. Lastly, AJ's work experience includes being the Co-Founder and VP Sales at Bridgevine, Inc. (acquired by Updater) where they led the development of a platform to sell internet services online.

From 1985 to 1989, AJ Koontz attended the University of Florida, where they studied Finance and Marketing.
