Fabio Tschenet

Fabio Tschenet has diverse work experience in various industries. Fabio started their career at McDonald's Österreich as a Crew Mitarbeiter in 2007. Later, they joined Gaertner Auditiv as the Filial- und Laborleiter für Otoplastiktechnik, where they supervised the otoplastics laboratory and managed the employees. In 2010, they worked as a Mitarbeiter Qualitätssicherung at Leonhard Lang UK Ltd, responsible for quality assurance in the areas of defibrillation, neutral, and EKG electrodes. After that, Fabio joined ACP IT Solutions as a System Engineer, contributing to external projects and providing IT support. Currently, they hold the position of Lead of Service Delivery - Access Management at iC Consult, where they manage access management customers and experts within an international environment. Fabio's expertise includes service management, customer relations, and escalation management, with experience in various platforms and industries.

Fabio Tschenet completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Management, Communication & IT from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® from 2011 to 2014. Fabio also obtained a Matura degree in Allgemeine Berufsreifeprüfung from Wirtschaftsförderungsinstitut Innsbruck in 2012. Earlier, from 2004 to 2009, they successfully completed their Fachabschluss degree in Nachrichtentechnik from Höhere technische Lehranstalt Innsbruck.
