Roger March

Chief Technology Officer at IC Manage

Roger March has a diverse range of work experience in the field of CAD and design engineering. Roger started their career as a Design Engineer at Data General, where they worked on circuit and logic design projects. Roger also wrote circuit and logic simulators for the groups. After that, they joined Zilog as a Member of Technical Staff for a year. At CSDA, they worked as a Software Engineer and set up a trading network based on Commodore 64-s. Roger then moved on to MIPS, where they became a CAD Manager and was responsible for setting up physical design flows and writing logic simulators and placement programs. At SGI, they worked as a Principal Engineer, primarily doing logic simulation work and working on timing optimization for long signal lines. Then, at Matrix Semiconductor, they worked as a CAD Manager and was involved in physical design, including dealing with optical correction problems and tuning the design management methodology. Currently, they are the Chief Technical Officer at IC Manage Inc, where they work on the architecture, specification, and implementation of design management products, balancing trade-offs between software, hardware, and network resources.

Roger March attended San Jose State University from 1974 to 1978 and obtained a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
