Technology and Analysis Team

The Technology and Analysis Team at i.c.stars is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of web-based applications tailored to solve client challenges. The team ensures high-quality solutions by involving i.c.stars alumni in quality assurance and business analysis roles. Under the guidance of the Chief Technology Officer and Tech Training Manager, participants receive hands-on training in coding, business processes, and leadership, thereby equipping them with the skills to jumpstart their tech careers. Additionally, the team plays a crucial role in redefining industry perceptions about nontraditional talent through active engagement with employers at various industry events.
