Nadine Katkhouda currently serves as a Startup Advisor at ICA Fund, focusing on empowering Bay Area businesses to address the gender and racial wealth gap. Previously, Nadine held various strategic and leadership roles at The Clorox Company, including Brand Strategy & Innovation Lead for the Fresh Step Brand and Associate Director for Long Term Innovation, where transformational growth was prioritized. At PepsiCo, Nadine was the Director of Marketing for the Northeast Region, overseeing a $2 billion beverage portfolio and successfully launching new digital-first brands, LIFEWTR and Bubly. Additional experience includes brand management roles at Peet's Coffee & Tea, The Museum of Modern Art, and an internship at O'Rorke Inc. Nadine holds an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Political Science and Art History from UCLA.
