Caroline Ramstedt

Caroline Ramstedt has a vast work experience spanning across various roles in different companies. Caroline currently holds the position of Director Digital Strategy & Direction at ICA Gruppen since 2024. Prior to this, they worked at IKEA for many years in different roles including Digital Transformation Manager & Managing Director, VD, Inter IKEA Technology Services AB, Business Transformation & Communication Manager at IKEA of Sweden AB, Communication Manager, Customer Experience at INGKA Group, Global Sales & Product Communication Leader at IKEA of Sweden AB, and Project Leader Marketing & Sales at IKEA Retail Sweden. In these roles, Caroline was responsible for driving digital transformation, leading change management activities, developing organizational capabilities, establishing new companies and offices, and contributing to the strategic direction of the companies.

Caroline Ramstedt earned their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Linköping University in 2005. Caroline then went on to complete their Master's degree in Communication from Lund University, graduating in 2007.
