Daina Alm

Daina Alm is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior Leadership Development Specialist at ICA Gruppen since October 2017, Daina focuses on equipping top leaders in Sweden and the Baltics for future success through leadership programs. Previous roles include responsibilities at Lantmännen as a Senior Leadership Development Specialist and at If P&C Insurance as the Head of Learning and Development for Sweden. Daina's background also features consulting roles in leadership development and corporate culture, alongside positions in marketing management at Arla and Cederroth International. Daina holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Gothenburg and a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling.
