Erika Hammar

Erika Hammar has extensive experience in business control, finance development, and project management, currently serving as the Head of Business Control and Finance Development at ICA Gruppen since February 2016. Over the years, Erika has held various leadership roles including overseeing approximately 600 leased store locations, managing development projects, and driving strategic initiatives within ICA Sweden and ICA Banken. With a strong academic background in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University, complemented by international studies in Japan and Germany, Erika has consistently focused on creating data-driven cultures and maximizing business benefits through innovative strategies across multiple sectors including retail and banking.
