Erika Kaati

Erika Kaati has extensive experience in digital product development and management, currently serving as a Product Area Manager for Store Experience at ICA Gruppen since January 2017, where responsibilities include managing e-commerce food and meal solutions. Previously, Kaati held various roles including Sales Manager for e-commerce operations and led initiatives for developing last-mile solutions. Prior to ICA Gruppen, Kaati was a Partner and Management Consultant at Cartina AB and engaged in digital transformation projects at PostNord. Kaati's earlier career includes significant positions at Lantmäteriet, overseeing innovation and strategic planning, as well as a decade at Connecta AB focused on IT and management consulting. Kaati began the professional journey as a consultant at Niklas Data specializing in SAS systems. Education was completed at Umeå University.
