Jenny Eriksson

Jenny Eriksson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management within the retail and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Assortment & Buying Director at ICA Gruppen and Chairwoman of the Board at ICA Global Sourcing Limited since September 2022, Eriksson also holds a board member position at Näringslivets Producentansvar since May 2023. Previously, Eriksson was the Commercial Director at Apotek Hjärtat, overseeing Sweden’s largest pharmacy chain, and held various key roles at ICA Gruppen from February 2010 to August 2019, including Head of Retail Services and Head of Commercial Projects and Analysis. With a background in operations and strategy management from firms such as McKinsey & Company and BearingPoint, Eriksson's expertise is underpinned by a Master’s degree in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford.
