Jon Holt

Jon Holt is a seasoned software architect and consultant with extensive experience in digital marketing solutions and real-time decisioning. Currently serving as a Software Architect Lead Consultant at ICA Gruppen since April 2019, Jon previously held significant positions at IBM, including Lead Architect for Watson Cognitive Engagement and Principal Services Consultant. Other notable roles include Lead Business Analyst at BT, Senior Technical Consultant at Wall Street Systems, and Insight Capabilities Business Analyst at Centrica. Jon began his career as a Principal Consultant at eGain Communications and served as Customer Services Director at Multisoft RSA. Educationally, Jon holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Portsmouth and attended the University of Reading.
