Josefina Ignell

Josefina Ignell is a seasoned professional in human resources and technology, currently serving as Manager of People and Workforce Solutions and Group Manager of HR Applications at ICA Gruppen since May 2022. Prior to this, Josefina held multiple roles at H&M from January 2014 to June 2022, including Tech Competence Manager, Team Lead in Business Intelligence and Performance Management, and Application Expert.
