Kerstin Lindvall

Kerstin Lindvall has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Board Member at Beijer Ref since April 2021. Prior to this, they held a long-standing position as Chief Corporate Responsibility Officer at ICA from January 2009, where they were responsible for ICA Gruppen's sustainability efforts and led a team of approximately 130 employees. Before that, they served as the Head of Environment and Social Responsibility at ICA Sverige AB from January 2002 to December 2008. Kerstin began their career at ICA Handlarnas AB in December 1997 as a Quality and Environmental Coordinator, providing expert support for product and food safety as well as environmental issues. Throughout their career, Kerstin has demonstrated expertise in sustainability, risk management, communication, and environmental stewardship.

Kerstin Lindvall earned their Master's degree in Agriculture from the SLU - Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, completing their studies between 1991 and 1996.
