Lisa Andersson

Lisa Andersson has extensive experience in IT management and product ownership, currently serving as Acting Manager for six development teams within ICA Gruppen's ecommerce division since October 2019. Responsibilities include prioritizing IT delivery, coordinating cross-functional development, and ensuring stable online retail logistics. Previous roles at ICA Gruppen included Technical Product Owner and Delivery Manager, focusing on team development and system reliability. Prior to this, Lisa worked at H&M as an Incident Coordinator and Application Expert, supporting multiple fashion brands' online platforms. Early career experience includes a role as a Scientific Researcher at Mobile Life VINN Excellence Centre and various IT technician positions at H&M. Lisa holds a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction and a Civilingenjörsexamen in Information and Communication Technology from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
