Nikhil Rai

Nikhil Rai is a seasoned professional with experience in data engineering and cloud technologies. Currently serving as a Scrum Master and Cloud Data Engineer at ICA Gruppen since November 2021, Nikhil focuses on building a modern, cloud-native data platform to enhance sales and assortment analytics. This role involves designing and developing scalable data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform utilizing Kafka and Dataflow for high-volume data ingestion, including Point of Sale transactions. Prior to ICA Gruppen, Nikhil worked at Tech Mahindra from September 2015 to November 2021 in roles ranging from Data Engineer to Software Engineer. Nikhil earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Global Institute of Information Technology in Greater Noida, graduating in 2015.
