Pernilla Alvin

Pernilla Alvin serves as the Executive Creative Director at ICA Gruppen, leading an in-house agency with approximately 250 employees. With a career spanning over a decade at ICA, Pernilla has held various roles including Product Manager for Identity & Content, where responsibilities included developing new products and managing existing services, and as a Creative Director, overseeing creative teams and ensuring high-quality creative output across multiple projects. Previous experiences include owning a graphic production company, working as a project and production manager at Effect Reklambyrå, and serving as a school photographer. Pernilla's education includes studies at IHM Business School and the University of Gothenburg, among others.
