Devon MacDonald

Devon MacDonald currently serves as President and CEO of Cairns Oneil, leading initiatives to partner with brands and enhance consumer engagement since September 2021. In addition, Devon holds a board member position at ICA - Institute of Canadian Agencies, where responsibilities include chairing the Media Advisory Council. Previous roles include CEO at Mindshare, where leadership involved fostering a culture of trust and inclusivity while overseeing Canadian operations, and VP, Managing Director at 360i, where efforts focused on establishing the Canadian market presence. Devon's extensive background also features leadership positions at agencies such as DentsuBos, Proximity BBDO, and kenna:, along with a consulting role at IBM Global Business Services. Early career experiences include serving as Executive Director at reBOOT Canada, addressing the digital divide, and as a Business Analyst at EDS. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Ottawa and an Applied Information Technology Diploma from Herzing College.
