Frank Sims has over 25 years of experience in the transportation and technology sectors, currently serving in multiple roles at iCabbi since January 2016, including Product Manager, Head of Delivery & Customer Success, and Customer Success Manager. In these positions, Frank focuses on enhancing the customer experience for clients using the iCabbi Dispatch System. Prior to iCabbi, Frank held the position of Operations Manager at Blueline Taxis from December 1999 to January 2016, contributing to operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction in the taxi industry.
