Robert Fallar

Associate Dean of Assessment and Evaluation at Icahn School of Medicine

Robert Fallar is an accomplished academic and professional in the field of evaluation and assessment, currently serving as Associate Professor, Associate Dean for Assessment & Evaluation, and Director of Assessment and Evaluation at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai since 2014. Prior to this role, Robert held several leadership positions, including Director of the Survey Center at Mount Sinai Medical Center from 1999 to 2014, and Director of Measurement & Reporting at HIP from 1992 to 1999. Early career experience includes serving as Second Vice President of Database Marketing at The Chase Manhattan Bank and Research Specialist at TIAA-CREF. Robert holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Research, Evaluation & Assessment from Seton Hall University, a Master of Science in Statistics from NYU Stern School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Syracuse University.
