Jeff Ostapa

President Of U.s. Based Call Center at iCall Services, Inc.

Jeff Ostapa started their work experience in 1995 as the Call Center/Customer Service Director at Playboy Enterprises Inc. Jeff then joined Infinity Resources Inc. in 2000 as the Director of Business Development, Client & Call Center Services. Jeff was responsible for managing various services and driving process and performance improvement initiatives. Later, in 2010, Jeff became the President of the U.S. Based Call Center at iCall Services Inc., where they provided outsourced call center solutions to local, regional, and national companies.

Jeff Ostapa attended Roosevelt University School of Business from 1998 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Jeff also pursued a Six Sigma Certification at the University of Michigan, although specific start and end years are not provided.
