Bianca Caoile Otr/L

Bianca Caoile OTR/L is a Lead Occupational Therapist at ICAN since June 2021, specializing in pediatric outpatient therapy for clients aged 2-16, providing evaluations and administering the ADOS-2, while focusing on developing fine motor, visual motor, ADL, IADL, emotional regulation, and executive functioning skills. Previous experience includes serving as an Occupational Therapist for the Shoreline School District and Arlington Public Schools, where Bianca worked with elementary to middle school students to enhance fine motor skills and ADL goals. Bianca has also completed fieldwork placements in various settings, including pediatric and geriatric care, as well as a volunteer role at Harborview Medical Center. Bianca holds a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Messiah University and a Bachelor's degree in General Medical Sciences and Psychology from Washington State University.
