Nicole Urbanowski

Nicole Urbanowski's work experience begins with their role as Chief Operating Officer at ICAN, a multidisciplinary clinic in Bellevue, Washington, that specializes in autism and neurodevelopmental disorders. Nicole started this position in March 2020 and continues to work there. Prior to that, Nicole served as the Rehab Director at the International Center for Autism and Neurodevelopment from July 2017 to March 2020.

Before joining ICAN, Nicole worked as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at Onward Healthcare from February 2013 to July 2017. Nicole also held the position of Director of Pediatric Occupational Therapy at Fitness Quest Physical Therapy from January 2012 to February 2013.

In addition to their healthcare experience, Nicole has a background in outdoor education and childcare. Nicole worked as an Outdoor Educator and Summer Program Director at YMCA Camp Lincoln in 2011. Nicole also served as the Program Director at YMCA Camp Gundalow from January 2009 to September 2010. Prior to that, Nicole was the Public Relations Manager for Boston University's Dance Theatre Group from January 2008 to May 2010.

Nicole's early career included roles as a Childcare Provider at Southern District YMCA: School's Out! from September 2005 to June 2009, as well as the Director of the Counselor-in-Training Program at YMCA Camp Lincoln from June 2007 to September 2008. Lastly, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Sargent College from January 2007 to May 2008.

Nicole Urbanowski completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Studies from Boston University in 2009. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from the same university, which they successfully obtained in 2011.
