Justin Ho is an experienced professional with a robust background in project management and policy analysis, currently serving as Application Process Manager and GDD Services Manager at ICANN since June 2018. Justin's tenure at ICANN includes leading the development of the New gTLD Program services and managing the 2012 Round, alongside maintaining vendor relationships and overseeing business process development. Prior roles encompass responsibilities at Global Communities, where Justin conducted research on governance issues in Ukraine, and the US Department of Commerce, where Justin supported the creation of policy materials and events. Earlier experience includes managing social media for SYBA Multimedia Inc. and assessing insurance claims at BIB Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd.
