Kim Davies is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Internet governance and technical operations. Currently serving as Vice President of IANA Services at ICANN since October 2005, Kim oversees critical functions such as DNS root zone systems and protocol parameter assignments. Additionally, Kim holds the position of President at Public Technical Identifiers, a non-profit associated with ICANN performing IANA functions. Previous roles include Technical Policy Advisor at CENTR, Director and Founder of .au Domain Administration Ltd., and Principal at Cynosure Research. Kim has also made significant contributions to the growth of iiNet and IX Australia, while co-founding the Internet Association of Australia Inc.
