Robert Carolina

Robert Carolina serves as General Counsel at Internet Systems Consortium, providing legal and policy advice focused on internet governance and cybersecurity. Additionally, Robert participates in the Root Server System Advisory Committee (RSSAC) for ICANN, advising on the Root Server System. As a Senior Teaching Fellow at Royal Holloway, University of London, Robert teaches information security law and has held the position of Executive Director at the Institute for Cyber Security Innovation.
