Rodrigo de la Parra

Rodrigo De La Parra is the Vice President for Latin America and the Caribbean at ICANN, responsible for outreach and engagement with Internet stakeholders in the region. Prior to this role, Rodrigo held positions at Cofetel, Subsecretaría de Comunicaciones, and KPMG, focusing on international cooperation, regulatory policy, and trade relations. De La Parra holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Essex and a BA in International Relations from Universidad Iberoamericana.
