October Eve Boyles, MSN, BSN, RN has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. October Eve began their career in 2004 as a Clinical Nursing Supervisor of Behavioral Health Primary Care/ OP & IP Mental Health Services at Carolinas HealthCare System, where they handled all inter-departmental complaints and patient care issues, educated patients/families on health care needs, conditions, and options, and supervised and managed RNs, LPNs, and CMAs. In 2016, they moved to ICANotes LLC, where they held the role of Chief of Clinical and Customer Operations. In this role, they were a Clinical Content Developer for ICANotes, had oversight of the Compliance & Documentation Teams, was a MIPS & MU Consultant, and was responsible for Inpatient Hospital Account Management. Additionally, they were in charge of all training team operations and allocation of resources, managed logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, and process measurements. In 2018, they were promoted to Chief Clinicial Officer, where they continued to develop, implement, and monitor training programs within the organization.

October Eve Boyles attained their Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from Western Governors University between 2014 and 2016. October Eve then earned their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the same university between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro between 2008 and 2011.
