Russell McKenzie Wood, CSM has over 10 years of experience in the field of product management. Russell began their career in 2010 at Geek Squad as a Counter Intelligence Agent. In 2012, they joined ADP as a TLM Client Services Level II, providing tier 2 technical support and escalation management for ADP's small business time and labor SaaS products. In 2013, they moved to Last Word on Sports as a Senior Administrator, managing a virtual office of 80 writers across two continents, acting as a beat writer for the New York Red Bulls, and producing and hosting Last Word SC Radio. In 2015, they worked at Case Commons, Inc. as a Tier 3 Application Support, and at Empire of Soccer as a Writer. In 2017, they joined Leeds LLC as a Systems Engineer. In 2018, they began working at GalaxE.Solutions as a System Analyst, and at MATC Group Inc. as a Team Lead and Sr. Technical Writer. In 2020, they joined Zoobook Systems LLC as a Product Management and Instructional Design, and in 2021 they began working at ICANotes LLC as a Product Manager.

Russell McKenzie Wood, CSM obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island between 1995 and 2006. Russell also obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org in November 2017.
