Michael Foss

Michael’s primary function is to oversee the underwriting, financing, and business development for the iCap Real Estate Team.

Michael has over fifteen years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining iCap Equity, Michael worked in banking for commercial real estate lending groups in both NYC and Seattle. He has also worked for a mortgage REIT and with various real estate investment groups throughout his career.

Michael earned an MBA from the University of North Carolina, a Master of Real Estate from NYU, and a B.S. from the University of Utah.
