Serafeim Karaiskos

Serafeim Karaiskos is an experienced executive in the fields of executive search and selection, currently serving as Executive Director at ICAP People Solutions for Greece and Cyprus since May 2011. Previously, Serafeim held the position of Director for Executive Search & Selection at the same company. Prior roles include Head of Finance & Accounting Specialty and Team Leader at Randstad Hellas, and Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Serafeim began a career as a Military Officer in the Hellenic Army, achieving the rank of Captain from June 1997 to January 2007. Educational achievements include an MBA in International Management & HR and a B.Sc in International & European Economic Studies from Athens University of Economics and Business, as well as a BA in Diplomatic, Military, and Law Studies from the Hellenic Military Academy.
