Paolo Morosetti

Paolo Morosetti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in family business advisory and academic roles. As the Founder of Timeless Alliance, a consulting firm established in April 2017, Paolo advises families and companies on family business strategy and governance. Since February 2001, Paolo has served as a Professor of Corporate Strategy and Strategic Management in Family Businesses at Università Bocconi, also holding positions as Coordinator of the AIDAF-Alberto Falck Chair and Managing Director of the Centre for research on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs. Additionally, since January 1999, Paolo has been a Senior Lecturer in Strategic Management and Family Business at SDA Bocconi School of Management, where Paolo also directs the Executive MBA Program. Paolo holds various board positions, including Chairman of Fratelli Piacenza S.p.A. and member of boards at ICAP-SIRA Chemicals and Polymers SpA, Endura SpA, Brivio & Viganò, and Irsap Spa, among others, and has been involved with AIdAF since January 2008, managing international relations. Paolo earned a Business Administration Degree in Management from Università Bocconi from 1992 to 1998.
