Caroline Ifrah

Caroline Ifrah currently serves as Managing Director of Human Resources at iCapital, starting in October 2023. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Swiss Re from August 2016 to September 2023, where Caroline was the Head of HR for the Americas, leading the HR team to align with the company's People Strategy, focusing on reward, performance, culture development, and DEI. Prior roles at Swiss Re included Senior Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing the US HR team and addressing human capital topics such as talent acquisition and performance management. Caroline’s background also includes various positions at Deutsche Bank from August 2003 to July 2016, advancing from Talent and Leadership Vice President to Director of Global HR Business Partner. Earlier experience includes a role as a Compensation Consultant at Buck Consultants from June 1998 to December 2001. Caroline holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
