Daryn Perez

Daryn Perez, CFA has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Daryn began their career at Cartus as a Corporate Accountant II and later transitioned to an Accounting Analyst II role. In these positions, they audited customer relocation expenses, cross-trained on evolving clients and policies, and communicated with internal and external customers to resolve pending reports.

Afterward, Daryn moved to Rockit Solutions, LLC, where they initially worked as a Pricing Analyst, supporting the investor relations team in administering client accounts, reviewing and posting trading activity for private equity and real asset accounts. Daryn later became a Trading Operations Analyst, responsible for various client accounts and reviewing and posting trade activity for equities, FI, and PE investments.

Daryn then joined Aberdeen Standard Investments as a Performance Analyst in the Private Equity division. In this role, they monitored, researched, and tracked performance at the fund, investee, and company levels. Daryn also improved processes through developing macros and Excel formulas and provided direct support to the venture/PE and real assets investment teams by assisting in benchmark and performance ad hoc client requests.

Following their time at Aberdeen Standard Investments, Daryn worked at Alter Domus as a Fund Accountant in the Private Equity sector. During this period, they managed fund accounting responsibilities for private equity funds.

Most recently, Daryn joined SS&C Technologies as an Associate Fund Manager in the Private Equity field. In this role, they contributed to the management of private equity funds.

Currently, Daryn is employed with iCapital as an Assistant Vice President - Fund Finance Private Capital. Further details about this role are not available at this time.

Daryn Perez, CFA, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from Western Connecticut State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. In April 2019, they also obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder certification from the CFA Institute.
