Paul Solano

Paul Solano has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Paul is currently the Senior Vice President and Head of US Talent Acquisition at iCapital Network.

Prior to their current role, Paul worked at MIO Partners, Inc. as the Lead Recruiter from 2018 to 2020. In this position, they were responsible for managing the recruiting process for the entire organization and worked on reengineering and streamlining the recruiting process.

In addition to their academic achievements, Paul holds the certification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), although it is currently inactive.
