Tero Heinonen

Tero Heinonen has a Bachelor of Engineering in Health Informatics from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. Currently working as a Service Manager at Icare Finland Oy since June 2015, focusing on managing the global service center network, technical service process development, and training of technicians. Tero also has experience as a Service Engineer at Oppifi Oy, and as a Production Technician at Mendor. Additionally, Tero has pursued further education in Wilderness and Nature Guiding at Eerikkilä Sports Institute.
