Zac Rice

Zac Rice is the Director of Channel Services at Icario, responsible for ensuring excellent technical and service performance internally and through vendor networks. Prior to this role, Zac served as Senior Manager Customer Care at iRhythm Technologies, Inc., Director of Operations at Informis Health Solutions, LLC, and Contact Center Manager at General Dynamics Information Technology. Zac also has experience as Manager of Facilities at Pearson Performance Solutions and as a Service Center Supervisor at Pearson Reid London House. Zac began their career in sales support at McGraw-Hill and is currently pursuing education at Northeastern Illinois University.
