Micael Pereira

Micael Pereira is a systems developer at Icaro Tech since July 2022, focusing on client support, incident resolution, and corrective changes, particularly in monitoring solutions, failure management, and chatbots. Utilizing tools such as IBM Netcool OMNIbus, Node.js, IBM Watson Assistant, and various database systems, Micael contributes to enhancing system performance. Prior to this role, Micael worked as a junior support analyst at OpServices TI, where responsibilities included implementing monitoring platforms and developing dashboards and application robots. Micael also has experience as a Level 2 Internal Technician at Lojas Quero-Quero S.A. Currently, Micael is pursuing a degree in Information Technology at IFSUL, building on foundational technical studies from Escolas e Faculdades QI.
