Reynalsh Simon

Reynalsh Simon is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at ICAS World, a Lyra Health company since May 2023. Previously, Reynalsh held the position of HR Generalist for the APAC region at Airswift, managing various HR functions such as administration, performance management, and employee relations. Reynalsh also worked as Assistant Manager of Human Resources at JLL, where contributions included leveraging advanced technology for sustainable real estate solutions, and was involved in talent management and recruitment strategies at Myra (Oriental Interest Berhad) and OIB Group. Earlier experiences include project management at Breakthru Academy, as well as roles in field marketing and hospitality management. Reynalsh holds two Bachelor's degrees in Psychology from Sheffield Hallam University and Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology.
