Roy Diaco

Roy Diaco has a strong background in tax, with experience in various senior roles. Roy most recently served as the Head of Tax at ICAS World, a Lyra Health company. Prior to that, they were the Global Director - Tax Projects at Kodak Alaris, where they led all aspects of tax on global change and transformation projects. Roy also worked as the Group Tax Lead at CMC Markets, where they delivered critical tax function objectives during a period of rapid change. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Head of Tax at IRESS, Head of Tax & Treasury at Austal, Corporate Tax Manager at Barrick Gold Corporation, and Senior Consultant at PwC.

Roy Diaco attended Cobram Secondary College from 1996 to 2001, but did not obtain a degree or study any specific field of study during this time. Roy then went on to study at La Trobe University from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree. Roy'sfield of study at La Trobe University focused on Accounting and Law. From 2009 to 2016, they attended the University of Melbourne, where they pursued a Masters of Laws (LLM) degree with a specialization in Taxation.
