Gladys Malefo

Gladys Malefo has over 15 years of experience in research and economic analysis. Currently serving as a Research Analyst at ICASA since 2008, Gladys conducts both primary and secondary research, managing the collection of relevant data through various tools. Prior experience includes roles as an Economic & Financial Analyst at the Department of Communications from 2005 to 2006, a Tariff Officer at Pretoria Technikon for a brief period in 2004, and Student Assistant duties during academic pursuits. Gladys holds a Master of Business Administration from the Tshwane University of Technology Business School and a Bachelor of Technology in Economic & Management Analysis from Pretoria Technikon.
