Valerie Arteaga is a seasoned professional with experience in technical support and analysis. Valerie has worked at ICAT as a Senior Analyst, handling hardware and software support, inventory management, knowledge documentation, and support for both Windows and MAC operating systems. Valerie is also DELL Certified Self Dispatcher and provides conferencing and presentation support. Prior to ICAT, Valerie worked at IBM in GTS solutions and at Career Connections, Inc. as an Information Technology Analyst. Valerie received their education at Central New Mexico Community College.
