Stoyan Boev

Managing Director at ICB

Stoyan Boev has a strong background in the IT industry, with experience in various roles ranging from software programming to managing director positions. Stoyan started their career as a Scientific Researcher, Lecturer, and Team Leader at the Bulgarian Academy of Science from 1982 to 1985. Stoyan then worked as a Software Team Leader at CAPK Progress, a State IT company, from 1986 to 1990. Following that, they were a Software Programmer at the Institute for Software Systems from 1990 to 1992. Stoyan then worked as a Freelancer and Software Programmer at Interconsult Group from 1992 to 1993. From 1993 to 1996, they served as the Managing Director at LEO Cons. In 1996, they became the Managing Director at ICB, a company focused on helping companies embrace change and increase productivity through custom software. In 2014, they took on the role of Member of the Executive Board at DIGITALEUROPE, representing the European digital technology industry.

Stoyan Boev earned a Master's degree from the Faculty of Machine Engineering at the Technical University of Sofia from 1976 to 1981.
