Amanda Melton, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the VP of People & Culture at TCM Bank, N.A., a position held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Amanda was the Human Resources Director at Sims Crane & Equipment Co. from July 2021 to February 2022 and Chief of Human Resources at Children's Home Network between February 2019 and July 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Regional HR Manager for the Northeast & Southeast at Granite Construction and Director of HRPD at PCL from 2009 to July 2018. Amanda began their career in human resources as the Manager at ByDesign Technologies and also held a leadership position at Home Depot At Home Services. Amanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of South Florida.
