Independent Community Bankers of America
James Kendrick is the first vice president of accounting and capital policy at the Independent Community Bankers of America®. As part of ICBA’s government relations team, Kendrick focuses on existing and emerging financial accounting policies and regulatory capital concerns pertinent to community banks.
Prior to joining ICBA, Kendrick served as senior manager of accounting policy for Fannie Mae and as an accounting policy manager for the Federal Home Loan Bank in Boston. Additionally, he served as assistant vice president and assistant controller for Redwood Trust, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Southern California.
