Independent Community Bankers of America
Kianga Lee is vice president of administration operations for the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA). In this role she helps manage the association’s business operational processes and governance structure, and coordinates logistics for ICBA’s volunteer-leadership banker appointments.
Lee also serves as the staff liaison for ICBA’s Minority Bank Advisory Council and disseminates relevant information concerning minority bank policy issues to ICBA staff and leadership as well as industry and regulatory agency representatives. Lee has been with the association for more than 15 years.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
