Roger Urbani

Roger Urbani is an experienced Process Design Engineer currently with The ICC Group since June 2019, specializing in the crack process for rare earth element purification. Prior to this role, Roger served as a Project Manager at EPIC Systems, Incorporated and CRB Consulting Engineers. Roger's career includes significant experience as a Senior Project Manager at M&K Chemical Engineers and as Director of Engineering at Middough, Inc., where Roger led the Life Science Division. Additional leadership roles at Mallinckrodt and Covidien demonstrate Roger's extensive background in engineering management. Roger holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
