Pablo C. is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in civil and structural engineering, currently serving as a Senior Evaluation Specialist at ICC Evaluation Service since July 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Bridge Engineer at BRISSA SL, where Pablo worked on structural FEM for high-speed train infrastructure, and internships at FHECOR ingenieros consultores and Ferrovial, focusing on European Standards translation and construction monitoring, respectively. Pablo C. holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.

ICC Evaluation Service (ICC-ES) is a certification body that is a subsidiary of the International Code Council and is accredited by the ANSI National National Accreditation Board (ANAB), American Association of Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA), Standards Council of Canada (SCC), Entidad Mexicana de Acreditación (EMA) for Mexico, JAS-ANZ in the Oceania region and other entities to the requirements of ISO/IEC 17065.
