John Carroll is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international banking and trade policy. Currently serving as the Chair of the Centre for Digital Trade and Innovation (C4DTI) and the Chair of the Trade and Investment Policy Committee at ICC United Kingdom since April 2016, John has also held the position of Head of International and Transactional Banking at Santander UK Corporate & Commercial since November 2013, having initially led the bank’s International Business Division. Prior to this, John was the Head of Financial Institutions at Banco Santander from January 2008 to November 2013, where John established and expanded the Financial Institutions Group. Educational credentials include an Online Programme in The Business of AI from London Business School, a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of Melbourne, and a Master's Degree in International Studies (Hons) from the University of Sydney.
