Partha Pratim Rudra is an experienced leader in the non-profit sector with a strong background in program management, organizational development, and strategic partnerships. Currently serving on the leadership team at ICCo India as an Advisor for Livelihoods and Organizational Development since 2022, Rudra has previously held significant roles such as Director at Children International and Smile Foundation. As CEO of Reach India Trust from 2013 to 2016, Rudra focused on enhancing organizational efficiency and sustainability. Earlier career highlights include serving as Senior Director of Programmes at the National Foundation for India, where Rudra was involved in grant-making and program development. Rudra holds a BSc and a postgraduate degree in Rural Management from Ranchi University and the Xavier Institute of Social Service, respectively.
